President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov signed a Decree on the appointment of Mukhammednyyaz Mashalov, who is Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to Malaysia (with residence in Kuala Lumpur), as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the Kingdom of Thailand.
