Moscow presented project for towers in the form of a giant 'M'
A significant new construction project is anticipated on Rubtsovsko-Dvortsovaya Street. Although the final design has not yet been approved, one of the competitive concepts from the architectural bureau KPLN has emerged online.
According to the "Real Estate Insides" channel, the volumetric-spatial solution for this project was previously presented at the "Arch Moscow" exhibition. Based on the renders, the meticulously developed project for skyscrapers shaped like a colossal letter "M" aims to become a new architectural landmark in the Elektrozavod district. This ambition is driven not only by their projected height but also by their considerable visual impact.
It is presumed that the towers will be situated adjacent to an already prominent local structure: the semi-circular, arch-shaped residential complex known as "Silver House." Should the project be realized in its proposed form, the immense "M" will be visible from a considerable distance, potentially even from the Garden Ring or VDNKh, thereby establishing it as a recognizable element of the urban landscape.
