The conference became an important platform for discussing current issues of environmental protection and ecology, as well as for consolidating the efforts of scientists and practitioners from different countries in assessing the impact of technological progress on nature and humans and developing measures to reduce anthropogenic impact.

The participation of the Ambassador of Turkmenistan in this significant environmental forum underlines the priority attention of Turkmenistan to environmental protection and sustainable development. Given the active development of Turkmen-Belarusian cooperation, including in the field of science and technology, the discussion of environmental issues at this venue can facilitate the exchange of experience and the search for new areas of cooperation ahead of the next meeting of the Intergovernmental Commission on Cooperation in Science and Technology between the Republic of Belarus and Turkmenistan.
