XVIII Forum of creative and scientific intelligentsia of the CIS
The XVIII Forum of Creative and Scientific Intelligentsia of the CIS took place on May 14, 2025, in Dushanbe. This forum, themed "The Commonwealth of Independent States: New Horizons of Humanitarian Cooperation" convened delegates, including representatives from Turkmenistan.
At the plenary session, Mr. B. Gutlymyradov, the Vice-Rector of the Turkmen National Conservatory named after M. Kuliyeva, delivered a welcoming address. Subsequently, a panel discussion was held, dedicated to the contribution of the peoples of the Commonwealth to the Great Victory. Mr. M. Hojakulyev, the Head of the Scientific Department of the Turkmen State University named after Magtymguly, in his address, highlighted the foreign policy course of neutral Turkmenistan, which is aimed at strengthening cooperation with all countries, including the CIS member states. Particular emphasis was placed on the development of science and education, international relations in this sphere, and the reforms being implemented in Turkmenistan on the initiative of Hero Arkadag and under the leadership of the esteemed President.
The significant contribution of the Turkmen people to the Victory in the Great Patriotic War was also underscored.
As part of the forum, books by Hero Arkadag and the Esteemed President of Turkmenistan were presented to the National Library of Tajikistan.
