Formal personnel appointments have been made within the Prosecutor's Office
The President of Turkmenistan, Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of the country Serdar Berdimuhamedov, has signed a Decree on the appointment of a number of officials within the system of the Prosecutor's Office.
As reported by TDH, in accordance with Article 16 of the Law of Turkmenistan "On the Prosecutor's Office of Turkmenistan", the following personnel changes have been made:
Counselor of Justice Ovezgeldi Berdiyev has been appointed Military Prosecutor of the Akhal Velayat. In this position, he replaces Junior Counselor of Justice Toyly Rozyev, who was relieved of his post due to the expiration of his term of office.
Junior Counselor of Justice Shyhly Pellayev, who previously held the position of Prosecutor of the Shavat Etrap of the Dashoguz Velayat, has become the Deputy Prosecutor of the Lebap Velayat.
Counselor of Justice Agaredzhep Gurdov, who previously worked as the Prosecutor of the city of Turkmenbashi in the Balkan Velayat, has been appointed Prosecutor of the Halach Etrap of the Lebap Velayat. Junior Counselor of Justice Azat Bekmammedov was relieved of this position.
Lawyer of the 1st Class Kerim Nurgeldiyev has been appointed Prosecutor of the city of Turkmenbashi in the Balkan Velayat.
Lawyer of the 1st Class Annanur Hommadov has been appointed Prosecutor of the Esenguly Etrap of the Balkan Velayat. In this position, he replaces Counselor of Justice Begench Rahmedov, who was relieved of his post due to the expiration of his term of office.
Lawyer of the 1st Class Yaran Yarov has been appointed Prosecutor of the Shavat Etrap of the Dashoguz Velayat.
Lawyer of the 1st Class Nurmyrat Halmyradov has become the Prosecutor of the Bayramaly Etrap of the Mary Velayat. In this position, he replaces Junior Counselor of Justice Mekan Bayramgeldiyev, who was relieved of his post due to the expiration of his term of office.
