The KazanForum 2025 will host the International Exhibition on real estate, architecture, and design
As part of the KazanForum 2025 business program, the International Specialized Exhibition and Conference in the field of Real Estate, Development, Architecture, and Design, known as the International Property Market (IPM), will take place for the second time from May 14th to 16th. This event stands as one of the largest professional platforms in Russia for direct dialogue between business, the expert community, and the state.
According to the KazanForum press center, 28 developers and development companies from Russia, Georgia, Azerbaijan, Turkey, the UAE, and other foreign countries have confirmed their participation in the event. Furthermore, developers from Turkey, the UAE, Malaysia, and the MENA region will be represented. Companies will showcase both well-known projects and new developments, which will be presented for the first time at IPM. Particular attention will be paid to the economic efficiency of solutions, investment attraction tools, sustainability issues, the development of international partnerships, and digitalization.
During the exhibition, the International Islamic Symposium on Architectural Environment IBEIS 2025 will be held. This is a key event of the international track, bringing together architects, urban planners, researchers, and representatives of state and religious bodies. The main topics of the symposium will include: the role of Islamic values in the sustainable development of the urban environment, inclusive design, cultural identity, social orientation, regenerative construction, and environmentally friendly architectural practices.
The multidisciplinary International Economic Forum "Russia – Islamic World: KazanForum" has become a significant center of attraction for representatives of the construction industry as well. This platform facilitates the formation of new partnerships, the discussion of innovative solutions, and the determination of future development vectors for the industry. According to the Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation, Marat Khusnullin, events such as the International Property Market exhibition contribute to the development of the industry, the exchange of experience, and the establishment of new business contacts among market participants. It is reported that delegations and speakers from the UAE, Egypt, Qatar, Turkey, India, Malaysia, Central Asian and African countries have confirmed their participation in IPM 2025.
