The State Concern "Türkmennebit" has announced an open tender for the procurement of fire safety equipment
The State Concern «Türkmennebit», acting on behalf of the tender commission, hereby announces open tender No. 174 for the procurement, with the participation of manufacturers and participants who are exclusive distributors of manufacturers, for the following lot:
Lot No. 6 – Fire safety equipment
You are invited to the following address: Turkmenistan, Ashgabat city, Archabil Shayoly, 56, 4th floor, SC "Türkmennebit":
– To submit an application (applications from participants registered or having bank accounts in offshore zones will not be accepted) expressing interest in participating in the tender, indicating the full name of the participant, its legal status, country of registration, and contact details;
– To familiarize yourself with the Law of Turkmenistan "On Tenders for the Supply of Goods, Performance of Work, Provision of Services for State Needs", with an excerpt from the "Rules for Conducting Tenders", and the list of documents required for participation in the tender;
– To obtain the lot specification, technical requirements, and basic terms of the contract; – To obtain an invoice for payment of funds in the amount of 575 US dollars (including VAT) or its equivalent in Turkmen manats per lot for participation in the tender on a non-refundable basis. All interested potential suppliers may participate in the above tender. All necessary information can be downloaded from the following websites: www.turkmennebit.gov.tm, www.oilgas.gov.tm or obtained at the above address.
Tender proposals will be accepted within 30 (thirty) working days from the date of official publication of this tender announcement in the "Neutral Turkmenistan" newspaper, but no later than 16:00 (local time) on the 30th working day. Proposals received after the aforementioned deadline will not be considered. The bank account details for transferring funds will be provided upon submission of a written application.
One sealed envelope containing the complete tender proposal, certified with a mastic seal, must be delivered to the above address from the date of publication of the announcement and will be accepted for consideration after the funds have been credited to the account.
The tender envelope must obligatorily include an electronic version of the questionnaire, the basic terms of the contract (in "Word" format), and the technical and economic specification (in "Excel" format).
