The State Concern "Türkmennebit" hereby extends the deadline for submission of tender proposals for international tender No. 02/DG
On behalf of the tender commission, the State Concern "Türkmennebit" extends the deadline for submission of tender proposals for open international tender No. 02/DG for the selection of a contractor for the turnkey design and construction of the "Keýmir" Oil and Gas Production Department offshore oil loading pier in the settlement of Okarem, including dredging and demolition works of the existing pier, until June 9, 2025.
You are invited to submit the following to the address: Turkmenistan, Ashgabat, Archabil Avenue, 56, 11th floor, State Concern "Türkmennebit":
– Submit an application (applications from participants registered or having bank accounts in offshore zones will not be accepted) expressing interest in participating in the tender, indicating the full name of the participant, its legal status, country of registration, and contact details.
– Familiarize yourself with the Law of Turkmenistan "On Tenders for the Supply of Goods, Performance of Work, Provision of Services for State Needs", an excerpt from the "Rules for Conducting Tenders" and a list of documents required for participation in the tender.
– Obtain the technical assignment, technical requirements, and basic terms of the contract.
– Obtain an invoice for payment of funds in the amount of 1725 US dollars (including VAT) or its equivalent in manats for participation in the tender on a non-refundable basis.

All interested potential contractors may participate in the aforementioned tender.
Information on the deadlines for submitting tender proposals for the aforementioned tender can be found on the websites: www.turkmennebit.gov.tm and www.oilgas.gov.tm from the date of official publication of the tender announcement in the "Neutral Turkmenistan" newspaper.
Proposals received after the aforementioned deadline will not be considered. The bank account details for transferring funds will be provided upon submission of a written application.
One sealed envelope containing the complete tender proposal, certified with a mastic seal, must be delivered to the above address from the date of publication of the announcement and will be accepted for consideration after the funds have been credited to the account. An electronic version of the questionnaire, the basic terms of the contract (in "Word" format), and the feasibility study (in "Excel" format) must be included in the tender envelope.
