The WHO Country Office in Turkmenistan organized a seminar focusing on the application of the TB-RRIS information system.

The digital Tuberculosis Registration and Reporting Information System (TB-RRIS) facilitates the real-time monitoring of tuberculosis cases and treatment progress, as well as data-driven decision-making for healthcare professionals.

The seminar was led by experts from the WHO Regional Office for Europe, Anna Ciobanu and Andrey Cazacu, in a videoconference format. Participants included specialists from the Tuberculosis Treatment and Prevention Center of the Directorate of Infectious Disease Centers, the International Scientific and Educational Center, the Specialized Infectious Diseases Hospital of the Ahal Velayat, and the Infectious Diseases Hospital of the Lebap Velayat of the Ministry of Health and Medical Industry of Turkmenistan.
