On March 25, by the decision of the international organization World Craft Council, Turkestan received the status of "City of Craftsmen".

In addition, the President of Kazakhstan and the Chairman of the Khalk Maslakhaty of Turkmenistan were shown unique historical exhibits of the Khoja Ahmed Yasawi mausoleum, the Akorda statement said.
