Indian Council for Cultural Relations announces scholarships for citizens of Turkmenistan
The Indian Council for Cultural Relations (ICCR) has announced the availability of scholarships for citizens of Turkmenistan to pursue undergraduate, postgraduate, and research programs across various disciplines, as well as to study Indian culture, encompassing dance, music, theatre, performing arts, sculpture, Indian languages, culinary arts, and related fields, at various universities in India during the academic year 2025-2026.
This information has been released by the Embassy of India in Turkmenistan.
The deadline for submitting applications via the website https://a2ascholarships.iccr.gov.in is April 30, 2025. The aforementioned website also contains comprehensive information regarding the program and a step-by-step guide for application submission.
The final date by which universities are required to communicate their decisions (issuing notifications to diplomatic missions in case of scholarship confirmation and to students in case of rejection) is May 31, 2025.
Prospective applicants have the option to select from a list of 131 higher education institutions.
