Kazakhstan is actively developing a project to introduce children's SIM cards, which aims to protect children from unwanted online content. SIM card registration will be carried out using the child's individual identification number (IIN) and birth certificate number. Additionally, geolocation will be available through a mobile application, enabling parents to track their children's location.
