"The power of artistic word: Gurbannazar Ezizov" – a celebratory event in honor of the poet's birthday
Recently, at the Oguz Han Engineering and Technology University of Turkmenistan, within the Faculty of Innovation Economics, students from the Department of Foreign Languages for Technical Disciplines organized a celebratory event titled "The power of artistic word: Gurbannazar Ezizov", dedicated to the 85th anniversary of the birth of the distinguished Turkmen poet, Gurbannazar Ezizov.
During the event, students recited the poet's verses with great inspiration, and spoke about his life and works. Songs based on his poems, such as "Türkmen sährasy", "Keýpine", and "Älemgoşar" were performed with particular enthusiasm.
Furthermore, the student creative group "Oguzlar" presented beautiful dance numbers and theatrical performances dedicated to the life and work of Gurbannazar Ezizov. Additionally, excerpts from the feature film "Serpaý" ("The Gift") were shown.
