New season of football championship starts in Turkmenistan

The Turkmenistan Football Championship will commence on March 4th. It will be conducted in a quadruple round-robin format, featuring the participation of eight clubs: “Arkadag”, “Ahal”, “Altyn Asyr”, “Shagadam”, “Nebitchi”, “Ashgabat”, “Merv”, and “Kopetdag”.The Turkmenistan Football Championship will commence on March 4th. The Turkmenistan Football Championship will commence on March 4th. It will be conducted in a quadruple round-robin format, featuring the participation of eight clubs: “Arkadag”, “Ahal”, “Altyn Asyr”, “Shagadam”, “Nebitchi”, “Ashgabat”, “Merv”, and “Kopetdag”.

The first two rounds of the championship will take place from March 4th to June 22nd. The third and fourth rounds are scheduled for the latter half of the season.

It is noteworthy that FC “Arkadag” emerged as the champions of the previous season. “Ahal” secured the second position, while the capital city team, “Altyn Asyr”, achieved third place.
