The Ministry of Health of Turkmenistan has received another batch of vital medicines
The United Nations Development Program (UNDP) in Turkmenistan continues to implement measures to control non-communicable diseases, including diabetes, and to carry out regular deliveries of vital medicines.
Under the Agreement on the provision of medicines for the prevention and treatment of non-communicable diseases, the Ministry of Health and Medical Industry of Turkmenistan received another batch of insulins, insulin pens and sterile insulin needles.
The drugs are available in medical institutions in Turkmenistan upon registration.
The United Nations Development Program has been implementing joint projects on the control and treatment of non-communicable diseases since 2021. The projects are fully funded by the Government of Turkmenistan.
