Chemen Vekilova, an English language instructor at the International University for the Humanities and Development, visited Norwich, United Kingdom, along with delegates from other Central Asian countries.

The visit was organized as part of the Accelerating English Language Learning in Central Asia (AELLCA) project by the British Council. Its aim was to enhance professional development, foster experience exchange, and provide an in-depth study of the English language and culture.

The visit marked a significant milestone in the educational process, combining theoretical knowledge and practical skills for the educators, while also strengthening international ties in the field of education. During the visit, participants toured the renowned Nile Language School (Norfolk International Language Experience). At the school, Central Asian teachers attended a series of intensive workshops and masterclasses focused on understanding the specific features of the educational process in England.

Particular attention was given to visits to local schools and educational institutions in Norwich. Delegates were given the opportunity to observe English language lessons, as well as other school subjects. The school visits provided valuable insights into British teaching methodologies, approaches to organizing the learning process, and methods of working with students. Meetings with British colleagues also included discussions on various aspects of educational practices.
