The Turkmenistan branch of China National Petroleum Corporation International Ltd. announces a pre-qualification process for tender No. CIT-24127-SR for the return of the rotor assembly of the expansion compressor of the GPP-2 plant to the manufacturer for maintenance for CNPCI, Turkmenistan.

Any company interested in this tender may submit a tender application by providing the following documents:

Tender application;

Brief information about the company, including the main types of activities/business, the full name of the company and its legal status, structure, and organization. Information about local registration and licensing of the company;

The financial condition of the company for the last 3 years, as well as certified and audited financial statements for the last 3 years;

Information on the completion of two similar projects (works) on the return and maintenance of equipment in the oil and gas industry over the past five years;

An official letter from the company confirming its readiness to provide a bank guarantee in case of pre-qualification and participation in the tender process;

A letter of undertaking, signed by the legal representative or authorized representative and sealed with an official seal, confirming that the license has not been suspended or revoked, that the company is not undergoing liquidation, has not been declared bankrupt, or is otherwise unable to fulfill contracts;

An agreement on cooperation with Atlas Copco (Germany) - the manufacturer of this equipment (rotor assembly of the expansion compressor of the GPP-2 plant);

A certificate of the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan for local companies.

Pre-qualification documents of interested companies must be provided in a book binding, in a hermetically sealed envelope, certified by a seal and with a cover letter (in two copies and a scanned version of the document must be attached). The envelope must indicate the name of the addressee, sender, number, and title of the tender.

The deadline for submitting applications is within 10 (ten) calendar days from the date of publication in the media. Pre-qualification documents received after the deadline will not be accepted.
