Istanbul discussed Turkmen-Turkish cooperation on transit transportation

Consul General of Turkmenistan in Istanbul Muhammetnur Ovezov met with the heads of the Association of International Road Carriers of the Republic of Turkey (UND).

During the meeting, models of cooperation on driver's visas, extension of the period of residence of drivers and simplification of the visa process, as well as the development of the Caspian route in order to further increase the volume of transit transportation through Turkmenistan were discussed.

Following the meeting, a common decision was made to continue the cooperation and projects created between the relevant institutions in Turkmenistan and Turkey.
