Meeting of the Ambassador of Armenia with the Chairperson of the Mejlis of Turkmenistan
On January 17, it was held a meeting between Chairperson of the Mejlis of Turkmenistan Dunyigozel Gulmanova and Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Armenia Arsen Avagyan.
The Chairperson of the Mejlis of Turkmenistan congratulated the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Armenia on his appointment to the high diplomatic post.
During the meeting, the diplomat was acquainted with the main aspects of Turkmenistan's domestic and foreign policy, including its neutral status, as well as the activities of the national parliament.
The parties expressed satisfaction with the availability of broad opportunities for exchanging experience in improving national legislation, parliamentary work and strengthening friendly relations.
