Ambassador of Turkmenistan held a meeting with the head of the World Trade Institute

On January 15, 2025, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the Swiss Confederation met with head of the World Trade Institute, Professor Michael Hahn.

During the meeting, current issues of cooperation were discussed, and further steps to develop bilateral cooperation were considered. The parties also exchanged views on short-term areas of joint work.

Particular attention was paid to studying potential forms of cooperation that can be implemented in light of Turkmenistan's accession to the WTO.

Both parties emphasized the importance of dialogue in strengthening cooperation and expressed hope for a successful continuation of the partnership.
