Foreign Ministers of Turkmenistan and Kazakhstan held talks on bilateral cooperation

On January 16, 2025, Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan, Minister of Foreign Affairs Rashid Meredov held a telephone conversation with Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan Murat Nurtleu.

The parties discussed a wide range of issues related to bilateral cooperation in the political, diplomatic, trade, economic, cultural and humanitarian spheres.

At the same time, the heads of the foreign policy agencies exchanged views on key areas of the international agenda and confirmed the importance of continuing interaction within the framework of regional and international structures.
