The President of Iran Arrives in Tajikistan on a State Visit
On January 15, Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian arrived in Tajikistan on a state visit. This was reported by KNIAT "Khovar".
President of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon warmly and sincerely welcomed the high-ranking guest at the Dushanbe International Airport.
During a short conversation held in the airport lounge, the heads of the two countries exchanged views on the program of Masoud Pezeshkian's first arrival and state visit to Tajikistan. The parties expressed confidence that it will open new pages in the history of relations between the two countries with linguistic and cultural commonality.
Masoud Pezeshkian's state visit to Tajikistan will last from January 15 to 17, during which it is planned to hold high-level meetings and negotiations between Tajikistan and Iran, sign a large number of new cooperation documents and other important events, including business, scientific and literary ones.
