The multifunctional Çapar Pay application from the “Turkmenpost” postal service offers a tracking feature for parcels and postal items.
To find out the location of your parcel, you need to enter the tracking number of the shipment in the search field in the Çapar Pay application, which is available on Google Play and App Store, and click the tracking button.
In a few seconds, the system will find your shipment and show the exact location of the parcel. The tracking number allows you to track the progress of the order through intermediate points and how soon it will be delivered to the recipient.
The tracking number of the postal item, consisting of several numbers, will be issued by the postal service and indicated on the receipt.
All tracking numbers are saved in the tracking history in your personal account. This is convenient if you are sending multiple parcels at the same time.
