Kyrgyzstan has become the first country in the CIS to develop its own Digital Code. This is a significant step for Kyrgyzstan, which will help improve conditions for business and attract investment.

The Code consolidates all of the country's technology legislation and aims to create a favorable legal environment for the development of the digital economy. It also regulates digital data processing, digital services, telecommunications networks, and much more.

The results of the successful implementation of this initiative will positively impact economic growth rates, improve the provision of services by the state and the private sector, and lead to the creation of a more favorable investment climate.

The full text of the Code can be found at the following link.
