In Ashgabat, a grand opening ceremony of a residential complex specially adapted for people with disabilities took place. More than 30 families received keys to new, comfortable apartments, as reported by the Media Information Center of Turkmenistan.
According to the source, the construction of this facility was made possible thanks to the support of the Charitable Foundation for Assisting Children in Need of Guardianship named after Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov.
The new houses are equipped with everything necessary for comfortable living for people with special needs. The apartments are designed taking into account their specific needs, and the adjacent territory is landscaped and adapted for movement.
The opening of this residential complex is further confirmation that Turkmenistan pays great attention to the social protection of its citizens.
