The Fire Safety Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Turkmenistan notified TMCELL mobile operator subscribers via SMS of the importance of exercising caution on New Year's Eve.

Citizens are asked to check whether electrical and gas appliances are turned off before going to congratulate relatives and friends.
