Tashkent hosts an exhibition of works by Turkmen artists

An exhibition of works by Turkmen artists dedicated to the 300th anniversary of the great Eastern poet and thinker, Magtymguly Fragi, has opened at the Academy of Arts of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
The opening ceremony was attended by the Ambassador of Turkmenistan, Shadurdy Meredev, the Chairman of the Uzbek Academy of Arts, Akmal Nuriddinov, as well as cultural and artistic figures, and media representatives.
The exhibition features over 30 paintings, the plots of which are related to the image of Magtymguly Fragi and the cultural heritage of the Turkmen people. The exhibition will continue until 22 August.
