Program Pathways to Employment: The HR management module will be started in July
USAID's Future Growth Initiative, in cooperation with «Maslahatly Chozgut», is launching the “Pathways to Employment” program in Turkmenistan, aimed at creating new employment opportunities in Logistics, Marketing, and Human Resources Management (HR). The program targets recent university graduates seeking employment in these key sectors of the labor market. Candidates are expected to take the training seriously, complete the course in full, and actively participate in all classes and activities of the program.
The program is structured into three independent modules, each lasting one month. Two program modules, "Logistics" and "Marketing," have already been successfully launched in May and June of this year.
The HR management module will be started in July:
Leading HR experts will share their knowledge and experience, helping you master the ins and outs of HR management. You will learn how to use modern HR tools and strategies to achieve maximum efficiency. Sharpen your analytical, communication, and leadership skills to become an exceptional team leader. The understanding and skills you get in these modules will be key to creating an effective HR system, which will contribute to the development and prosperity of any company.
