Pathways to Employment is your chance to find a new job!

USAID's Future Growth Initiative, in cooperation with Maslahatly Chozgut, is launching the “Pathways to Employment” program in Turkmenistan, aimed at creating new employment opportunities in Logistics, Marketing, and Human Resources Management (HR). The program targets recent university graduates seeking employment in these key sectors of the labor market. Candidates are expected to take the training seriously, complete the course in full, and actively participate in all classes and activities of the program. The Pathways to Employment project starts in May 2024 and will last 3 months. 1. Logistics Module:

The module will introduce you to the latest developments in logistics and supply chain management. You will learn how to use modern tools and artificial intelligence to optimize processes, improve efficiency and achieve competitive advantage.

2. Marketing Module:

This module is a series of workshops where you will gain knowledge about marketing, including social media promotion, SEO optimization and using artificial intelligence for better results.

3. HR-Management module:

Leading HR experts will share their knowledge and experience, helping you master the ins and outs of HR management. You will learn how to use the latest technologies to maximize your effectiveness.

The final Pitch Day is a unique opportunity to showcase yourself to employers:

At this dynamic event, you will have the chance to interact directly with potential employers and demonstrate the skills and knowledge you have gained from the project.

To register to participate in the first module of the “Logistics” Project, you must complete the application at the link by May 4, 2024.

Participants will be chosen through a competitive selection process, as the available spots are limited.
