Kabul noted the positive dynamics of imports from Turkmenistan


During a meeting with the Ambassador of Turkmenistan, the head of the Afghan National Standards Authority said that the trend of importing quality goods from Turkmenistan is on the rise.
The Afghan National Standardization Authority released a message about the meeting between head of the department, Mullah Feyzullah Tamim, and Turkmen Ambassador to Kabul, Khoja Ovezov.
During the meeting, both sides discussed issues of facilitating the import of oil and liquefied gas into the country.
“The head of the National Department of Standardization emphasized the expansion of bilateral relations, noting the improvement in the trend of importing quality goods from Turkmenistan into the country. He expressed hope that the remaining minor issues regarding the import of non-standard goods will be resolved,” Bakhtar news reports.
The Ambassador of Turkmenistan also noted the importance of interaction between the standardization bodies of the two countries.
