Popular goods and novelties – an exhibition of a shopping complex is being held in Ashgabat
An exhibition of the Commercial and industrial complex of Turkmenistan has opened in Ashgabat. The first visitors were members of the Government and other senior executives, heads of diplomatic missions of foreign states and representative offices of international organizations.
After the official ceremony, the honored guests viewed the exhibition with interest, paying special attention to new products, including technological ones.
Among the major exhibitors are the Ministry of Trade and Foreign Economic Relations, the Ministry of Textile Industry, the Turkmenhaly State Association, the State Commodity Exchange, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs.
A number of departments represent the institutions and organizations included in their structure, including markets, catering systems, shopping malls, manufacturing enterprises, factories and plants, and everything that ensures the constant functioning and saturation of the domestic market.
For example, the textile industry alone is represented at the exhibition by about thirty divisions from all over the country. The carpet industry has an extensive geography.
And the most numerous in terms of the number of stands was the private sector, which brought together about 150 participants in its exposition – individual entrepreneurs, business and joint-stock companies, farms, etc.
The range of their specialization covers such areas as textile and clothing production, processing of agricultural products, food and confectionery, production of industrial products, household chemicals, electronic goods and technical equipment, construction and various services.
Among the recognizable brands: "Bars", "Talhan", "Täze aý", "Balşeker", "Tomus", "Balam", "Elin", "Salkyn", "Erteki" and many other brands that we see on store shelves every day. There are also new names that have not yet entered our consumer life, but which are already worth looking at, and the current exhibition provides such an opportunity
Today, the first part of the presentation of new collections of outfits created by designers of fashion houses took place. There were kids on the podium that day. The show will continue tomorrow, April 4.
Promotional and familiarization events are also taking place during the exhibition, which will last until April 5.
