This move is aimed at improving customer service by leveraging the advanced capabilities of Apple Vision Pro.

Using their inquiry account, the user can pay for utilities via Apple Pay and access the Smart Living dashboard. Moreover, the customer can receive a detailed report on electricity and water consumption through the My Sustainable Living program.
