Turkmen entrepreneurs are invited to participate in business diagnostic training
The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development invites representatives of consulting companies and individual consultants to take part in training on business diagnostics.
It is part of the “Grow Your Consulting Business” series and sponsored by the Euoropean Union.
The training will introduce you to the features of business diagnostics before starting a consulting project, will help you choose the right tools when working with a client, and also prioritize the search and analysis of information to conduct a meaningful analysis and provide recommendations to the client.
The training will take place offline. It includes a theoretical part and practical classes in groups. In particular, participants will work to create rules of thumb and templates for conducting business diagnostics for their services.
Based on the results of successfully completing the training and completing the practical assignment, participants will receive certificates from the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development.

The training will be conducted by business consultant Vladimir Chernyavsky, who was educated at the International Institute of Organizational and Social Development in Belgium. Over the past 25 years, he has implemented more than 100 consulting projects in various areas, including strategic management, organizational development and restructuring, implementation of project management technologies, process management, and personnel management.
