Business training for women on personnel management was held in Ashgabat
The master class “HR tools for every day” was organized on the initiative of women entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan with the assistance of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development.
During the training, participants learned how to find, attract, motivate and retain staff, how to build an HR system (personnel management) in a company, how to create and develop an HR brand, and became familiar with the nuances of business psychology, competent recruitment and the secrets of motivation.
The speaker of the master class was Valentina Grigorieva, a business coach and certified consultant, an expert in the field of strategic management and HRM/HRD from Kazakhstan. Valentina has extensive experience working in Central Asian countries and is an accredited EBRD trainer.
She took participants on a journey from traditional HR practices to advanced strategies that drive innovation, accelerate business results and promote women's empowerment. The knowledge and recommendations gained will help company leaders and managers not only improve operational efficiency, but also help create a more inclusive and equitable work environment as the basis for sustainable organizational success.
