Words of gratitude to the Turkmen people were published on the website of the Russian Embassy
“In recent days, we have constantly felt the support of the fraternal Turkmen people. Turkmenistan unanimously condemned the disgusting terrorist attack at Crocus City Hall. Condolences were expressed everywhere to the families and loved ones of the victims, and wishes for a speedy recovery to the victims,” a message published on the website of the Russian Embassy in Turkmenistan says.
Dozens of entries in books of condolences opened in Ashgabat and Turkmenbashi were left by officials of Turkmenistan, representatives of the diplomatic corps, public organizations, and concerned residents of the country.
People continued to bring flowers and send letters full of compassion to the Embassy's email.
The Russian diplomatic mission expressed special gratitude to representatives of Turkmen business who went to work on their day off and free of charge helped the Embassy organize events in memory of the innocent victims of the terrorist attack.
“In these mournful days for our country, the residents of Turkmenistan widely responded to the grief of our people, and we are grateful to them from the bottom of our hearts,” the press service of the Embassy noted. - The terrible tragedy at Crocus City Hall united Russian society. Showed who the true friends of Russia are. We will never forget this. Thank you very much to all the residents of Turkmenistan!”
