The foreign ministries of Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan have compared the agenda


The Foreign Ministers of Turkmenistan and the Republic of Uzbekistan held a telephone conversation on Monday, March 25. Rashid Meredov and Bakhtiyor Saidov "paid special attention to the further expansion of the in-depth strategic partnership between the two countries," the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan said in a statement.
It is noted that the ministers discussed a busy agenda for 2024, as well as cooperation within the framework of international institutions.
On the same day, Uzbek Foreign Minister Bakhtiyor Saidov received Ambassador of Turkmenistan Shadurdy Meredov. The parties discussed a number of topics on the expanding bilateral and regional agenda, reviewed the implementation of agreements previously reached between the two countries, as well as upcoming joint events.
