An Afghan delegation headed by Foreign Minister Amir Khan Muttaki on Sunday went to Turkmenistan on an official visit for bilateral talks on topics of mutual interest.

The message of the Afghan Foreign Ministry notes that the visit was undertaken at the invitation of the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan Rashid Meredov.

Muttaki is accompanied by officials from the Ministry of Mining and Petroleum, the Afghan Railways Administration and the Da Afghanistan Breshna Sherkat energy company.
