In Moscow, Turkmen students spoke at an event dedicated to International Mother Language Day


With the support of the Embassy of Turkmenistan in the Russian Federation, Turkmen students studying at the Moscow State Law University named after O.E. Kutafin (MSAL) organized an exhibition of books and a literary performance about their native language as part of the exhibition dedicated to the International Mother Language Day held at the university on February 21-22.
At the exhibition site, Turkmen students under the slogans “Descendants will remember Magtymguly, truly, he will become the mouth of Turkmenistan” and “Here brotherhood is a custom, and friendship is the law. For glorious families and mighty tribes...” presented their native language and Turkmen literature, timing this event to the 300th anniversary of the outstanding classic of Turkmen literature, philosopher and thinker of the East Magtymguly Fragi.
Magtymguly’s poem “The Future of Turkmenistan” was read in Turkmen and Russian, according to the Embassy’s website.
