Foreign Minister Rashid Meredov and UN Secretary General's Special Representative Kaha Imnadze discussed cooperation
Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan Rashid Meredov and Special Representative of the UN Secretary General, Head of the Regional Center for Preventive Diplomacy for Central Asia Kaha Imnadze discussed the organization of joint events in 2024.
During the meeting held on February 15, the diplomats focused on cooperation in the areas of the RCPCA mandate: countering terrorism and extremism, management of transboundary water resources, peace and security of youth and women, the peace and security agenda, as well as the situation in Afghanistan.
Rashid Meredov thanked the RCPDC for the successful support of regional peace and security, and Kaha Imnadze expressed gratitude for the full support of the Center's activities, according to the organization's website.
