The government of Kyrgyzstan will switch to an electronic format of work

The government of Kyrgyzstan will switch to an electronic format of work. President of the Republic Sadyr Japarov stated this in an interview with the Kabar news agency.
“Soon we will carry out a complete transition of the government to an electronic format of work. Employees will be required to use electronic documents instead of running around with papers between ministries and the administration,” Sadyr Japarov said.
Complete digitalization of the activities of the government and public institutions will speed up the receipt of public services by citizens and save money that was previously spent on consumables.
According to the head of the Republic, budget expenditures on paper, pens and pencils have been significantly reduced. So, if in 2022, there were spent 441 million soms on them, then last year this figure was equal to 230 million soms.
