The Chairman of the Management Board of JSCB Halkbank has been replaced

The President of Turkmenistan approved the decision of the general meeting of shareholders of the Joint-Stock Commercial Bank Halkbank dated February 12, 2024 on the dismissal of Myrat Arabov from the post of chairman of the Board of this bank by signing a corresponding resolution.

By another resolution, the Head of state approved the decision taken at the same shareholders' meeting on the election of Myratgeldi Jepbarov as Chairman of the Board of JSCB Halkbank. This was reported in the evening news release of the Turkmen State Television.
