The President of Turkmenistan replaced the Minister of Agriculture


President Serdar Berdimuhamedov, by decree, released Nazarmyrat Nazarmyradov from the post of Minister of Agriculture of Turkmenistan in connection with his transfer to another job.
By another decree, the head of state appointed Charyar Chetiev to the post of Minister of Agriculture, who until that moment held the position of deputy head of the country’s agro-industrial department. The news service of the Turkmen State Television and Radio reported this on Friday, February 9, informing about personnel decisions made at a meeting of the Turkmen government following the results of 2023.
Charyyar Chetiev is a land management engineer by education. He worked in various departments of the Ministry of Agriculture and Environmental Protection. In September 2022, he became Deputy Minister of Agriculture for Land Resources.
