The delegation of the “Turkmenaragatnashyk” Agency took part in the largest international IT forum “Cisco Live 2024”
These days, more precisely, from February 5 to 9, in Amsterdam, the capital of the Netherlands, the international technical training “Cisco Live 2024”, dedicated to expanding the scope of application of the IT system, digitalization, network services and software, cybersecurity and the development of cooperation in these areas is being held.
This high-level forum, which is annually held by Cisco Systems, one of the world's largest manufacturers of advanced technological equipment, involves representatives of many countries that have developed in the field of information technology, including a delegation from the “Turkmenaragatnashyk” Agency.
Participants of the event were afforded the opportunity to take part in seminars and sessions providing comprehensive information about modern technologies, take part in international tests and obtain Cisco certification, participate in the work of laboratories, meet and exchange experience with IT specialists, carry out work in independent experimental laboratories, related to the adjustment of equipment and technologies.
Also, as part of the major technical training event Cisco Live 2024, an international exhibition space was organized. During the exhibition, new products produced by Cisco Systems were presented and their technical characteristics were studied. At the same time, at the exhibition site, the participants got acquainted with products manufactured by foreign companies.
Specialists from the State Telecommunication Company “Turkmentelecom” and the JSC “Altyn Asyr” of the “Turkmenaragatnashyk” Agency also take an active part in the event. On February 5, the Turkmen delegation held meetings with representatives of Cisco Systems, as well as IT industry experts and software developers Matthias Wessendorf and Tarique Shakil. During the meeting, issues related to the Data Center, its technologies and backup were discussed.
Also a communications specialist, successfully passed the exams of Cisco and received the prestigious Cisco Certified Specialist – Data Center Core certificate.
