Chairman of the Central Election Commission of Turkmenistan: All conditions have been created for comfortable and safe voting in Azerbaijan


In Baku, on February 7, a meeting was held between the Chairman of the Central Election Commission of Azerbaijan, Mazahir Panakhov, and his Turkmen and Tajik colleagues.
Panakhov noted that 6,537 polling stations have been created throughout the country for voting in the early presidential elections. Web cameras have been installed at 1,000 polling stations to conduct voting in accordance with the law and transparently, AZERTAC reports.
Chairman of the Central Election Commission of Turkmenistan Gulmurat Muradov noted that elections in Azerbaijan are being held transparently, and all necessary conditions have been created for voters to exercise their voting rights in comfortable and safe conditions. He emphasized that they observed the participation of citizens of all age categories in the elections.
Chairman of the Central Election Commission of Tajikistan Bakhtiyor Khudoyorzoda, in turn, noted the use of modern technical equipment in the electoral process.
At the meeting, the parties also exchanged views on other issues of mutual interest.
