Regional Essay Competition: the role of international humanitarian law in maintaining world peace and security
The Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan announced the holding of a regional essay contest on the topic “The role of international humanitarian law in maintaining peace and security on the planet.”
Participants
Students and undergraduates of higher educational institutions of Central Asian countries: Turkmenistan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan are invited to participate in the competition.
The purpose of the competition
The main purpose of the competition is to popularize and disseminate knowledge about the fundamental principles of international humanitarian law among the general public.
Rules of participation
Only one individual author’s work is accepted for the competition. Collective work is not accepted. The works are accepted only in Russian.
How to participate
To participate in the competition, you must send an essay with information about the author to the following email address by April 15: hhkafedra@gmail.com
The results of the competition
The results of the competition will be posted on the Institute’s website on May 1. The works of the winners of the competition will be published in the scientific and practical journal “Foreign Policy and Diplomacy of Turkmenistan”.
