The head of the “Turkmenaragatnaşyk” Agency held negotiations with the Airbus delegation
The head of the “Turkmenaragatnaşyk” Agency, Khadzhimurat Khudaygulyev, held negotiations with a high-ranking delegation of Airbus, headed by Vice President for Eastern Europe and Central Asia Jacques Garrigues. During this meeting, held on Tuesday, on February 6, the prospects for bilateral cooperation in the field of space were discussed.
One of the key proposals from Airbus was to provide Turkmenistan with services for remote monitoring and photography from space, according to the agency’s website.
The department noted that cooperation with the largest European aerospace industry corporation opens up unique opportunities for Turkmenistan to develop space activities, promote space research in the region and the world, and strengthen international cooperation in this area.
