The industries whose employees will be replaced by AI in 2024 are named
PricewaterhouseCoopers International Consulting Corporation (PwC) has named industries whose workers will be replaced by artificial intelligence in 2024.
According to the survey, a quarter of the heads of companies around the world believe that with the introduction of generative artificial intelligence, the number of employees of enterprises will decrease by at least 5% in 2024.
First of all, such industries as media and entertainment, banking, insurance and logistics will fall under the influence of AI.
More than half of the respondents hope to improve the quality of their products or services during this year with the introduction of AI. 69% of people believe that their employees will have to learn new skills in connection with the use of AI.
About 46% of respondents said that the use of generative AI will increase the revenue of companies this year, while 47% of respondents believe that the technology will make only minor changes or will not affect at all.
