On the first day of the New Year, the pupils of the Döwletliler köşgi Palace were presented with gifts on behalf of President Serdar Berdimuhamedov and the national leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, this was reported in the news release of the Turkmen State Television.
Members of the government, heads of public organizations and famous Turkmen artists came to visit the children at the festive celebration.
First, the pupils of the palace performed poems, songs and dances in front of the guests. The cheerful performance turned into a round dance around the Christmas tree. And after giving gifts to the children, the round dance continued to the most popular songs of pop soloists.
Festive celebrations on the occasion of the New Year 2024 were held today in all administrative centers of Turkmenistan, where the ceremony of raising the National Flag on the main flagpoles of the regions and concerts were held.
