On 14 December 2023, a festive concert on the occasion of the New Year will be held in the “Türkmeniň ak öýi” building in Balkanabad, Balkan velayat.

People's Artist of Turkmenistan Gulshat Gurdova, Honored Artist of Turkmenistan Begmyrat Annamyradov, Durdy Durdiyev and Arslan Gulmammedov will perform at the concert.
