Humanomics: the origins of modernization are in the deep roots of civilization

Xinhua News Agency on Sunday presented a research report during the V World Media Summit in Guangzhou. The report entitled "Humanomics in a New Era", prepared by the analytical center at the agency, was presented by Fu Hua, President of Xinhua.
Consisting of seven parts, it offers an overview of the new format of China's development, focusing on a human-oriented approach and the integrated development of culture and economy in the process of promoting Chinese modernization.
China is moving towards high-quality development, striving for the symbiotic interaction of humanities and economics, creating a new model of human development and achieving internationally recognized achievements, Fu Hua said.

Humanomics emphasizes the integration of traditional and modern factors, the return of economic development towards the human principle, and the origins of Chinese modernization originate in the deep roots of civilization, he noted.
The report "Humanomics in a new Era" combines several dimensions: philosophical, practical and methodological.Research on concrete examples, figures and facts reveals the relationship between man, culture and the economy. Today's presentation is not the final chapter, but a new starting point for joint work, Fu Hua said and called on foreign colleagues to join this work.

The Xinhua News Agency expects to promote exchange and cooperation with the media around the world, using platforms such as the World Media Summit, which will contribute to better and more interesting results in information and analytical activities on the topic of humanomics, Fu Hua summed up.
Martin Jacques, a well-known British journalist, academic, political commentator and writer, senior researcher at the Department of Politics and International Studies at the University of Cambridge, also noted in his speech that, since ancient times, man has been at the center of the Chinese economy, and capital has been at the center of the Western one. The humanistic tradition as part of the national heritage continues in modern China, which makes it very distinctive and successful in the ongoing economic transformation.

The World Media Summit gathered in China's southern Guangdong province more than 450 representatives of almost 200 institutions, including mass media, think tanks and international organizations, from more than 100 countries, including Turkmenistan.
